SkiDomain is operated by Expeditioner Travel. This notice explains what we collect when you use it, and why. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
Your answers. The things you tell the matcher — dates, group, ability, preferences, and anything you type in free text — are used to produce your recommendation. If you never leave an email address, your answers are not linked to you as a person.
Your email address, if you ask for your report, and your phone number, if you ask Marc to call. These are used to send you the report and to respond to your request. The marketing checkbox is separate and unticked by default; we only send ongoing ideas and recommendations if you tick it, and you can stop them at any time by replying.
Anonymous usage events. We count steps of the journey (started, completed, report requested) without identifying you, to understand where SkiDomain works and where it doesn’t.
Free-text answers are interpreted by a language model (Anthropic’s Claude, via API) to read your brief and to write prose. Your text is sent for that purpose only; the recommendation itself is computed from our own destination data. Please don’t include sensitive personal details in free text — the matcher never needs them.
Leads and briefs are stored in a private spreadsheet operated by Expeditioner Travel on Google Workspace, and pass through Cloudflare, which serves this site. Bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. We don’t sell or share your details with destinations, hotels or anyone else, and no destination can pay to influence a recommendation.
We keep briefs and contact details for as long as we’re actively helping you, and delete them on request. Under Swiss data-protection law (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: travel@expeditionertravel.com.
